These terms govern use of the wisegear, LLC corporate website at wisegear.com. They do not replace separate product, subscription, community, or customer agreements that apply to wisegear portfolio platforms, including the nowslate Terms of Service at nowslate.com/terms.

This website is operated by wisegear, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. nowslate is an assumed business name of wisegear, LLC, registered in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens infrastructure, or use it to violate applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned by wisegear, LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from site content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Portfolio and third-party links

The website may link to wisegear portfolio platforms and third-party websites. Those sites may have their own terms, privacy policies, and operating rules. wisegear is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

nowslate is currently offered only to customers whose primary residence or principal place of business is in the United States or Canada, including Quebec. Its separate Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum govern that service. Quebec customers may review the French terms at nowslate.com/fr/terms.
