wisegear, LLC respects privacy and keeps this corporate website intentionally simple. This policy explains the limited information processed when you visit the site and how to contact us about privacy rights.

This website is operated by wisegear, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. nowslate is an assumed business name of wisegear, LLC, registered in Cabarrus County, North Carolina; the nowslate service has its own privacy policy at nowslate.com/privacy.

The wisegear, LLC Privacy Officer is responsible for privacy questions, complaints, and requests. Contact support@wisegear.com.

Information this website collects directly

The current corporate website does not intentionally collect personal information through forms, accounts, newsletter signups, comments, analytics tags, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

If you choose to email wisegear, we will receive the information you include in that message, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your request.

Infrastructure processing

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most website infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security event data.

wisegear uses this information only to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the availability of the website.

wisegear, LLC is based in the United States. Cloudflare may process technical data in the United States and through its global network. Information processed outside Canada or Quebec is subject to the laws of the place where it is processed and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or national-security authorities there.

Purposes and legal bases

Where GDPR applies, wisegear processes limited website-related data under legitimate interests, including providing a secure public website, responding to requests you send, maintaining site reliability, and protecting against misuse.

If you contact us directly, we may also process your message to take steps at your request or to manage a business relationship.

Based on its current operations, wisegear, LLC does not currently meet the thresholds that make an entity a business under the CCPA/CPRA. We reassess that status as the business changes. Even where the law does not apply to wisegear, LLC as a business, we accept verified requests to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal limits. These voluntary practices do not represent that the CCPA/CPRA applies.

This static website does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it does not use advertising cookies or pixels.

Other privacy rights

Where another privacy law applies to this corporate website, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to complain to a privacy authority.

Retention
